Flu shots cost $25; pneumonia shots cost $40. Shots are covered by Medicare, HAP, Priority Health and Blue Care Network; cash or check payable to VNAHSS will also be accepted.

Homebound service is also available. A $40 service fee applies that is not covered by insurance. A physician’s prescription is required. Call 800-882-5720, Ext. 8752 for an appointment.
Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan is a Medicare-certified, not-for-profit organization that provides home health care and hospice services to residents of southeast Michigan. Annually, the VNA Flu-Busters administer more than 36,000 flu shots and other vaccinations throughout the community.
